Ordering Process

To place an order for our In Stock Shop,  visit our website and select your desired product and customization options. We require full payment at the time of ordering.

For custom orders please send pictures and instructions to BlueCedarBrandingCo@gmail.com.

 

Orders for custom items, such as laser-engraved or embroidered products, cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Production Time

We work diligently to fulfill orders promptly.

 

Custom order production times may vary based on the complexity of your order and current demand.

 

In Stock Shop orders typically can be completed within 3-5 business days, plus shipping time.

If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order to discuss rush options.

Shipping

We offer various shipping options during checkout.

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

 

Blue Cedar Branding Co. is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage incurred during shipping. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Returns and Exchanges

We take great pride in our craftsmanship and quality. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the error is on our end. We are not responsible for mistakes on orders were customer approved proof with an error.

 

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Rush Orders

Please expect custom orders to take up to 2 weeks for completion. We reserve the right to charge a 10% Rush Order Fee for any custom orders needed before that time.
